Is your connection successful, but you still can't access some websites?

There could be two reasons:

The website has been blocked and is on our Firewall to stop the use of proxies for illegal or fraudulent activities.

To protect our customers and our pool of IP addresses, SOAX restricts access to financial services, government domains, and certain news services. You can read more about prohibited activities in this article.

If you require access to resources within our firewall, please follow the instructions provided below:

Clients can gain access to restricted websites once they complete the verification process, and we confirm the legitimacy of their use case.

To proceed, complete ID verification and fill out the form via your dashboard. Our Compliance Department will then review the provided information and make a decision.

To initiate the verification process and submit the form, please visit your SOAX Dashboard. Navigate to your Profile and select "Request domain access"

Ensure you carefully read the questions and provide detailed answers. Your thorough responses will assist us in making an informed decision. Thank you!

🌍 The connection is blocked by a website.

This can happen, for example, if a site has blocked a certain GEO and you use/receive an IP address from that region/location. To solve the connection problem, change the port number and get a new IP address, or try changing the GEOtargeting.
