My IP address is detected

First and foremost, you need to check the connection using the SOAX Checker. Click the "Check IP" button in the IP Whitelist window, or just follow this link.

Since each Checker uses a different IP database when checking addresses, you may get different results from other sites.

For the most accurate results, check your connection with the SOAX Checker.

Why do I get the wrong GEO?

  • If you use the IP authorization method, please ensure you have IP whitelisted only in one active package.

  • If your IP is on the Whitelist in several active packets, unfortunately, the connection will be established with a random package, and the final GEO may be different than planned.
