How to set up a rotation for ISP proxy

Rotation helps you deal with the behavior of proxies and change the IP in the period you need. SOAX allows you to configure proxies for rotation easily. There are a couple of ways to do that.

  • By default, ISP IPs are static for 24 hours and can be rotated at a specific time interval that can be set within your dashboard. You will get the new IP after the rotation period expires.

  • New IP on each request means you will receive new IP from a proxy server for every new request. Every new website or page you load will be opened via a new IP address.

  • You can choose any suitable rotation period of up to 24 hours in the dashboard by clicking on the “IP rotation” option.

  • If you need to be able to change IP by yourself, you can use the Sessions feature. More information regarding this feature is here.

The IP will be automatically changed in 900 seconds of inactivity. After that, a new IP will be assigned to the port.

To keep this IP longer (up to 24 hours), send a tiny keep-alive request every 30 seconds to prevent this session from becoming idle for over a minute.
