To add funds to your balance, navigate to the Settings page, select Subscription & Billing, and click the "Top up balance" button.
There are two top options available for clients:
One-time purchase
This option allows clients to add funds to their balance with a single payment. Simply specify the desired amount, and the funds will be added immediately.
Auto top-up
Once your balance reaches the minimum threshold you've set, the amount specified in the "Amount to add" field will automatically be added to your balance. This feature ensures your balance is replenished without manual intervention.
You can deactivate auto top-up at any time.
