How to reactivate a subscription?
You can always reactivate your canceled subscription by clicking on the Reactivate subscription button.
How to change the package?
Subscribing to a Residential (Wi-Fi) or Mobile package means that your subscription will be renewed monthly. You can change your package if you notice that the current one no longer fits your needs.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
Cancel your current subscription if you no longer need it. That way, you won't be charged for it after the expiration date.
After that, go to Pricing Tab, choose the package that you want, and proceed to the payment window by clicking on the Buy Package button.
