Can I test the package before buying it?

Yes! We provide a trial for 1.99$ (100 MB for 3 days).

Please note that our trials are intended to test the connection and compatibility of the proxies with your software. We can offer only one trial for each proxy type per customer.

What type of subscription do you have?
Do you have a pay-as-you-go subscription?

We have monthly subscriptions. This means that a recurring auto-renewal subscription is available for one month. However, you can buy additional traffic (GB) whenever you want 🙌

Please note that unused traffic is not transferred. So make sure to use all the traffic you have.

Can I change the package?

Subscribing to a Residential (Wi-Fi) or Mobile package means that your subscription will be renewed every month. If you realize that the current package does not fulfill your needs, you can change it by canceling your current subscription and buying a new one 😊

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, you absolutely can. Just click on the Cancel Subscription button in your dashboard.
