We use Sumsub, a trusted KYC provider, to verify user identity when required. This process helps protect your account from unauthorized access and prevents fraudulent use of proxies.

When is verification required?

Identity verification is only needed if you:

How it works

The process takes around 5 minutes and is fully managed by Sumsub.
We don’t have access to your documents — we only see the final status of the verification.

Where to start the verification?

You can begin the verification process in different ways depending on which version of the SOAX dashboard you're using:

  • Dashboard v1 (legacy version) – You can start the process anytime directly from your Dashboard → Profile → Complete ID verification.

  • Dashboard v2 (new version in rollout) – Please reach out to our Support team via Intercom to begin the verification process. We’ll guide you through it.

💡 Dashboard v1 (legacy version) is our previous platform. We're gradually moving all users to Dashboard v2 — a new and improved version with better performance and a cleaner interface.

Tips for a smooth experience

To avoid delays or rejections, make sure to follow Sumsub’s guidelines alongside the recommendations below:

  • Both sides of your document are uploaded

  • The document is valid for at least one more month

  • It is free of stains, scratches, or damage

  • Full name, date of birth, and MRZ are visible and legible

  • All documents belong to the same person

  • You upload an original photo or scan (JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF)

  • Minimum file size: 100 KB or 300 DPI

  • All corners are visible; no edits, watermarks, or graphics

  • You are not using a proxy, VPN, or antidetect browser during verification

  • In most cases, digital-only documents won’t be accepted
