Refunds are a touchy subject, and it's important to know when it's appropriate to ask for one. If you are unhappy with the quality of a proxy or have any doubts, it is better to stop using the service immediately and request a refund.
According to the SOAX Refund and Cancellation Policy - refunds can only be issued in the following cases:
The Services provided are inconsistent with the Service Level Agreement;
The Customer hasn’t started to use (transfer data via) the Package;
Payment has been made with a bank card.
The crypto payments are non-refundable.
Due to the anonymity, it is impossible to accurately determine whether a refund is made to the wallet of the person who made the payment. That's why we don't make refunds of cryptocurrency payments.
We can only refund money to the same bank card which was used to pay for the service.
