Here you can find SOAX Refund and Cancellation Policy - refunds can be issued in the following cases:
The Services provided are inconsistent with the Service Level Agreement;
The Customer hasn’t started to use (transfer data via) the Package;
The Customer purchased Bundle less than 3 days ago.
The double unintentional payment has been made to top-up your Account.
The double purchase of the same Bundle occurred, and you haven’t started to use the second bundle purchased as a result of unintentional double payment.
Please note:
The crypto payments are non-refundable.
The trial is not refundable.
The full package that has been started already is not refundable.
We can only refund money to the same bank card used to pay for the service.
