Refunds are a touchy subject, and it's important to know when it's appropriate to ask for one. If you are unhappy with the quality of a proxy or have any doubts, it is better to stop using the service immediately and request a refund.

According to the SOAX Refund and Cancellation Policy - refunds can only be issued in the following cases:

  • The Services provided are inconsistent with the Service Level Agreement;

  • The Customer hasn’t started to use (transfer data via) the Package;

  • Payment has been made with a bank card.

Please note!

  • The crypto payments are non-refundable.
    Due to the anonymity, it is impossible to accurately determine whether a refund is made to the wallet of the person who made the payment. That's why we don't make refunds of cryptocurrency payments.

  • We can only refund money to the same bank card which was used to pay for the service.
